HistoryDeepAI provides digital services through chat tokens. This policy explains how to contact us about withdrawal and refund requests. It does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

02Refund eligibility

• Right to withdraw: If you are an EU consumer, you may have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of the contract being concluded, subject to applicable law.
• Starting the chat service during that period: If you expressly ask us to start the chat service before the 14-day period ends and later withdraw, you may have to pay a proportionate amount for the service provided before we receive your request, where applicable under the law.
• Other refund requests: You may also contact us about duplicate payments or technical problems that prevent you from using purchased tokens or the chat service. These options are additional to your statutory rights.

03How to request a refund

To withdraw from a purchase or request a refund, please use our Contact form. Clearly state that you wish to withdraw or request a refund, and include your order number and the email address linked to your account. Do not include payment-card details or passwords.

04Refund processing

Refunds due after a statutory withdrawal will be issued within the time required by applicable law, using the original payment method unless you agree otherwise. Other refunds that we approve will usually be processed within 7 to 10 business days.

05Changes to this policy

We may change this policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. See also our terms and conditions.
